What was the most satisfying about your job?
To me the most satisfying about my job is it gives flexibility. I support companies which give the option to be flexible (not abusing it), and have the trust that the employee can get the job done. Sometimes one can be in the office from 9-5 and still not get the work done (chatting with others, doing personal things).
What was the least satisfying aspect of your employment?
